Chris Fernandez is founder and owner of Equality in Arms Defensive Training LLC, where he brings a unique blend
of expertise as a certified basic pistol and rifle instructor, and certified mental health advocate.
With more than a decade of experience in corporate adult training and curriculum development, and five years
studying the real-life application of use of force law if Florida, he founded Equality in Arms to help Floridians learn
responsible gun ownership in an inclusive, supportive, and safe environment. Christopher
empowers participants from any background, identity, or experience to learn firearm and self-
defense laws, and helps them become licensed through a fun, engaging, and inclusive
curriculum.
