About FLAG Defense

Our purpose is to offer you information to help you learn about firearms in a safe and non-political environment.  Everyone has their own beliefs about guns and the Second Amendment. We assume that if you are visiting us you have an interest in guns.   For Love & Guns is site for firearms enthusiasts. Everything we do in managing this site will be done with the following understandings:

• We’ll assume that if you’ve gotten here, you are interested in firearms. It doesn’t matter if you have that interest because you use them for work, you use them for sport, or if you use them solely for protection and security. It also makes no difference if you’ve been shooting for decades, or if you’re new to it. Everyone is welcome!
• We’ll assume you agree with the 2nd Amendment, and the American freedom it protects. We will refrain from talking politics here. There is enough of that all over the Internet. (Yes, Mark will keep his mouth shut about it, even if Amy has to duct tape it that way!)
• We will be looking at the shooting industry from a “couples” perspective. Everything is more fun together! We will talk about different drills, techniques, training, equipment reviews, and more, and give you a “his and hers” take on it. The fun part for us is that we don't always agree.  We'll let you see that too.
