About Max Defense, LLC
As a USCCA Firearms instructor I bring to my students professional and quality firearms training. We will explore best practices, training, and tools to ensure their understanding and safety when using firearms for self defense.
My curriculum is based on the fundamentals from the USCCA, D.R.A.W. Academy, NRA Range Safety Officer, The Well Armed Woman, and Stop the Bleed training I have attended.
I also work as a registered nurse; that is why I understand the ongoing need for training and continued education required to provide students with top of the line training they expect and deserve!

Nathan Mahoney
Nathan is a seasoned competitive shooter. His experience ranges from IDPA, USPSA, and Multi-Gun competitions. His hobbies also include bird hunting and teaching youth precision shooting for 4-H and at the Itasca Gun Club, where he is an active member and sits on the board and the Director of Youth Programs.

Cancellation Policy
Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund, less 9% fee for credit card payments. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
Reschedule Policy
You may reschedule for a new class for no additional fee in lieu of cancellations.
