Northpointe Training, LLC is thrilled to host Ron Dodge Tactical yet again for Module 3 of his Pistol Diagnostics Courses!! 🎯

Ron Dodge’s Pistol Diagnostics courses encompass five, 3 or 4-hour modules of training and each module focuses on an aspect of shooting fundamentals. A shooter must be able to recognize shooting errors in real time, during the event and these courses will teach students how to self-diagnose shooting errors from several vantage points.

The Modules break down as follows:
Mod. 1: Sights and Trigger (200 rounds)
Mod. 2: Recoil Management (300 rounds)
Mod. 3: Draws, Reloads, & Malfunctions (150 rounds)
Mod. 4: Shooting & Movement (150 rounds)
Mod. 5: Low Light & Use of Cover (150 rounds, hand held flashlight, weapon mounted light optional)

For this training we will work on Module 3: Draws, Reloads & Malfunctions (150 rounds).

Topics Covered

A proper holster draw is essential to placing accurate and effective rounds on your target quickly so during this course, students will learn and practice how to safely and properly draw their firearm from their holster.

Unless we are in a training or competition setting, reloads may or may not factor into our current equation. In a defensive encounter, the need for a reload may be indicative of an extremely unfavorable situation, requiring that reload to be as fast and efficient as possible to keep you in the fight.

Speaking of a fight, what's the loudest sound you hear when you are involved in a defensive situation requiring the use of your firearm?? It's the sound you hear when your gun goes "Click" instead of "Bang". 😨😱😨 Join us as Ron & Gunny teach us how to quickly and effectively address that "Click" and return to the fight!! 💪

Expectations and Outcomes

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to analyze their holster draws, their firearm reloads, and how quickly and effectively they address any malfunctions they encounter. Upon successful course completion, students will receive a certificate of completion.
