Policies

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling made by Double Tap or its instructors will be fully refunded to the student. Cancellations made by the student 5 (five) full days prior to the start of class will be fully refunded minus an enrollment processing fee. Cancellations made by the student with less than 5 days’ notice will be offered a rescheduled class as availability permits. Cancellations or no shows with less than 24 hours from the start of class will be forfeited.

An enrollment can be substituted for another person with prior authorization from the instructor.

Other Policy

After signing up for a class, you must complete Double Taps' liability waiver. It is available on our shooting classes site under the waiver tab, on our facebook page under the "sign up" button, and on our website under the range tab. 

During the week leading up to your class, Double Tap management will send you an email explaining some basic information, saftey tips, and some information to make the check in process faster.
