About Adler & Associates International
Russ Adler is a retired Law Enforcement officer, dual certified in Corrections and Patrol with over 28 years of combined experience in Training and Tactical Leadership. He is currently the Executive Director of Adler & Associates International, a registered Government Contractor in the System for Award Management with past performance as a prime and subcontractor of Blanket Purchase agreements as well as Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with military units under the SOCOM umbrella.
His experience includes managing the operations of a 400 acre multi-purpose training facility consisting of 22 miles of variable surface driving tracks and off-road obstacle courses, a multi-use live fire range and force on force area, a 6000 square foot fabrication and mechanical repair shop, a fleet of multi-purpose stock, performance, rally and off-road vehicles and a GSA approved armory with standard and NFA registered small arms.
Russ’ leadership experience includes rising through the law enforcement ranks to Sergeant and Lieutenant as well as Squad Leader and Assistant Commander of his agency’s Special Operations Response Team. In the private sector he managed approximately 50 client sites spread over two states with over 100 employees under his supervision conducting private and corporate investigations, executive protection and high end courier missions for high value items. During his overseas deployments he held sensitive leadership assignments in both Iraq (as part of a Department of State – Worldwide Protective Service contract) and Afghanistan (as part of a Department of Defense – Security contract holding the highest private security management position at one of only two three-star commands in theater).

Russ is a certified instructor in Firearms, Defensive Tactics, First Aid, High Performance Tactical Driving, Special Tactics, Emergency Management and has conducted advanced training in those and other industry related topics for other law enforcement, military and private security personnel in both CONUS and OCONUS theaters of operation.
He is also a licensed Explosives Manufacturer, Handler, Distributor and Dealer as well as a manufacturer of Destructive Devices.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled by the instructor a full refund will be issued. If the student cancels there is no refund but the fee may be applied to another course of similar value at no additional charge within three (3) months. After that, there will be a 50% rescheduling fee.
