  • More than 1000  hours of documented firearms/instructor training including Advanced Firearms Instructor Development and Principles of Adult Learning.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Students who need to cancel at least seven days before the class can do so by emailing customerservice@defensivetrainingservices.com and provide reasoning for the cancellation.  We will review your request and get back to you.

Reschedule Policy

Students who need to reschedule at least seven days before the class can do so by emailing customerservice@defensivetrainingservices.com and provide reasoning for the cancellation.  We will review your request and get back to you.

Refund Policy

DTS use a service (ShootingClasses.com) for enrollment.  Those fees are non-refundable.  That is out of our control.  Students who need to cancel before the class can do so by emailing customerservice@defensivetrainingservices.com and provide reasoning for the cancellation.  We will review your request and get back to you. 
 
When a student doesn't show up to a class without notice, no refund will be issued.  Full refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Shooting Classes' service fees are non-refundable for any reason.  That's out of my control.  If there are any questions, please email customerservice@defensivetrainingservices.com.
