Florida permitless concealed carry training class.
I specialize in analyzing and understanding the needs of
every student's skills, habits, methods of learning,
and physical limitations that may be present, and identifying their strengths and developing their weakness to become better shooters.

I'm a humble instructor who listens to my students,
and I'm willing to learn from other instructors and counselors,
take their advice, and share my wisdom.
That is why I always try to better myself by taking
new classes and continuing my education.
The instructor must continuously improve their course
and stay fresh and current.

As an NRA Instructor, my number one priority is safety,
and the NRA rules for safely handling a firearm are the main focus of all our classes. I think someone can be an excellent shooter, have safety nailed down, and run a competent course; however, a good instructor should be able to work with any student to make them a better shooter.

As a realistic instructor, I carry many hours daily;
I live by what I teach and do every day and some
practical scenarios you may encounter.

I listen to my students and what kind of guns they have,
or I recommend, after analyzing their strengths and weakness,
size of the hands, recoil management, etc.
I understand that every student it's different,
and your firearms needs may be unique.
That is part of my job, working with what you
have and create a better shooter.

Check my NRA qualifications as an instructor,
and I am NRA certified and qualified to teach the
classes you want to take.

Remember that someone who is ex-military,
even an ex-military trainer is not qualified to train civilians
in firearms since it is two different worlds.
Military training is offensive but in the civilian world,
it is defensive training.

Again, If you do this, it just may save your life,
which is why you're taking the training first.
Trust me when I say that you won't be clearing rooms,
busting down doors, going roll-over prone under cars, or shooting through windshields any time soon or ever, unless you're a law enforcement officer or deployed to Afghanistan.

Let me train you on a more natural life situation scenario.

My teaching experience is focused on the everyday student
because knowledge does not make an instructor!
What I mean by this is that just knowing doesn't mean you can teach.

It goes with the teaching style, but it expands it to how long
I have been teaching, how many classes a month,
and how many satisfied students, women or men, I reached.

My classes are objective based, which means all students should
have that particular lesson down before I move on to the next task.

I encourage questions to be asked at any time and ask if you
have any questions before proceeding to the next class or drill.
My Classes are for up to six students at a time, and most
are private classes for couples, families, and working teams.

I built my classroom and Private outdoor shooting gun range
because indoor gun ranges are scary.

Someone with a driver's license can rent a gun, get some ammo and targets, and have no experience in the fundamentals, safety,
or how to clear malfunction will be shooting next to me.

I made the class fun by staying on topic and answering questions.
I like when the student can go home and practice the fundamentals
and create that much-needed muscle memory that they learn
in my class because I can teach them and show them how to do it,
but I can give them experience and the repetition
needed in a day of class.

For me, it's important to remember that you are paying for my knowledge, experience, credentials, and time and that
you feel you are getting your money's worth.

NRA Instructors are considered the
"Gold Standard" regarding firearms instruction.

But whether you are looking for an NRA Certified Instructor,
they are not all the same. Every instructor has their style and flair,
so you want to find out if it is compatible with yours.

I start from scratch and teach my students the correct fundamentals of shooting. Everyone needs a refreshing course, especially those that have been doing this forever with no formal education and the proper technique to apply shooting fundamentals.

Our teaching environment in our classroom is often the first impression many students get when they arrive.
The teaching environment also can make or
break the concentration of new shooters.

I believe that attention is one of the principal tenets of the
NRA regarding firearms training, our smoke-free classroom,
small classroom size, and minimal distractions on the range.

Other items that may help the student learning process
include clean restrooms, an air-conditioned or heated classroom,
and snacks to keep the student focused on the lesson.

The only thing on our walls or tables is firearm-related,
with No ads, No Sales of anything else.

I'm an instructor that is flexible enough to teach
multiple acceptable methods.

I have been so lucky that even at gun shows, the instructor
comes to me to teach their students how to shoot.

Even more, most of my students held a concealed carry for years but never carried cause they didn't feel comfortable with what
they learned on a 2-hour video and shooting
three rounds off a .22cal on a bucket of sand.

They want to learn how to defend themselves in a real-life situation,
draw from concealed (not allowed on an indoor gun range) multiple targets, and real-life scenarios.
That is why I have a real-life scenarios simulator for training.

I hold a full NRA instructor and range Liability insurance to cover every inch of our training center.

Cancellation Policy

ALL ALEX TACTICAL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR CLASS, IT MUST BE DONE 72 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS, AND YOU WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER CLASS DATE.

We can only know that a class is full when the specified number of students have reserved a seat and paid their tuition fees in full.
Once a class is full, we must turn away others who want to attend.
If you cancel too close to class or fail to show up for class, you keep someone else from attending and would cost us a student.
Please be sure you can attend a class before signing up for it.
We believe this policy is fair to you, to other students, and to us.
To minimize this, we have strict policies on pre-payment and cancellation.

For any payment reserve to reserve a seat, the balance must be paid in full before the class date.
If you cannot make it to the class, you should cancel 72 hours before the day of the class.

Cancellations over the phone or in-person will not be honored only to alex@alextactical.com.
HOWEVER, students who are “no shows” or do not offer us the courtesy of a 72-hour notice before their class date to let us know they will not be in attendance are subject to forfeiture of their tuition fee for the class.

We understand that true emergencies happen – putting you in a position where you can not attend our class on your assigned date.

We will do our best to accommodate those situations by offering you a seat in an upcoming class.

Therefore, before you consider not showing up on the date you have committed to, please consider all of the above.

Reschedule Policy

If we cancel the reservation, we could restore the reservation to a later day.

Because of limited class capacity and our commitments to instructors, ALEX TACTICAL does not offer refunds on any training or instruction course if you change your mind or cannot attend.

You may cancel or move to a different class if you give us written notice by e-mail to alex@alextactical.com.
At least 3 days in advance of the scheduled course.

Cancellations over the phone or in person in the store will not be honored.

In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a store credit that can be applied toward a future training course.

Your registration in a course may be transferred to another person if that person meets all training prerequisites and is otherwise qualified to take the course, provided you give us at least 3 days prior notice by e-mail with the name, e-mail address, and phone number for your substitute.

Refund Policy

ALL ALEX TACTICAL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR CLASS, IT MUST BE DONE 72 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS, AND YOU WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER CLASS DATE.

You can be transferred to another class date if you need to reschedule your class 48 hours before the class.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your class, there is no rescheduling or canceling.

HOWEVER, students who are “no shows” or do not offer us the courtesy of a 72-hour notice before their class date to let us know they will not be in attendance are subject to forfeiture of their tuition fee for the class.

Other Policy

Will we have class if the weather is bad? or if it's Raining, Windy, Very Cold, or Hot?
We will be on the range, rain or shine. Unless the weather is unsafe, we will have class and will be shooting.

How should I dress for the class?
For safety on the range, closed-toe shoes and a ribbed neck tee shirt are required. Crewneck-style shirts that have sleeves are suggested.

Flying brass may find its way to your skin more easily if you wear a low-cut/sleeveless shirt.
Light-weight, comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
There is no A/C outdoors during the summer, so I suggest light colors and breathable fabrics.

Attendance Policy
All students are expected to be in at least 15 minutes before the class starts, or they must reschedule for a future date. 
All classes start on time, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I take a class if I am pregnant or nursing?
Pregnant Women and Nursing Mothers are encouraged to discuss their participation in any firearms course with their physicians before the first lesson.

They should discuss the effects of exposure to loud sounds and airborne lead particulate. If any students are pregnant or nursing an infant, they should not handle any chemicals, lubricants, or solvents unless they have discussed doing so with their physician.

Waiver

(1) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You are fully responsible for the actions of your guests and family members and are fully responsible for your personal property and vehicles. In
no case will Alex Tactical Shooting Range be responsible for theft, loss or the safety of or damage to any of yours or your guest’s property.
(2) EYE AND EAR PROTECTION: Eye and ear protection is required at all times by you and your guests while in the range. If you do not own eye and ear protection, you may
purchase eye and ear protection from Alex Tactical Shooting Range. Alex Tactical Shooting Range does not provide free eye and ear protection.
(3) RIGHT OF REVOCATION: If you or your, guest or other persons fails to obey range officer instructions, range rules, basic firearm safety rules, Alex Tactical Shooting Range
policies, or any other term of this Agreement, you will be subject to expulsion from the range, suspension or revocation of your membership or range usage rights. There will be
no refund of any monies, membership dues or administration fees paid if any person is required to leave the property or any mem-bership is suspended or revoked as noted
herein.
(4) RANGE CLOSURE: Alex Tactical Shooting Range may from time to time conduct NRA courses, military, special events and other training classes and is required from time
to time to maintain the range and its equipment. Accordingly, Alex Tactical Shooting Range reserves the right from time to time to close the range as deemed necessary.
(5) PROHIBITED GUESTS AND RULES: Persons who are forbidden by law from possession of firearms are not permitted to utilize the Alex Tactical Shooting Range facilities
and will be removed from the premises. By signing this Agreement, you are expressly representing that you are not prohibited by law or any court order from possessing a
firearm, you are not under a domestic violence restraining order or injunction and that you are mentally fit to engage in the use of firearms. You will not be permitted to enter the
premises if you are under or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
(6) YOU AFFIRM THAT THE CONSUMPTION: of drugs or alcoholic beverages is expressly prohibited at Alex Tactical Shooting Range, and that any person(s) who appear to be
under the influence of alcohol, drugs or emotionally unstable, shall be denied access to the premises. Individuals desiring to rent firearms from Alex Tactical Shooting Range,
without their own firearm may be re-quired to be accompanied by a friend or range officer when shooting.
(7) DAMAGE TO RANGE PROPERTY: Any intentional or unintentional damage to any Alex Tactical Shooting Range property is your sole financial responsibility, which will be
repaired or replaced at Alex Tactical Shooting Range’s discretion. You will not intentionally shoot at cam-eras or other range equipment not intended to be shot at. You are
required to report any damage or destruction of any Alex Tactical Shooting Range property. You will be charged $20 for each hit to a target carrier. You are fully responsible for
the actions of your guests and family members.
You consent to Alex Tactical Shooting Range charging your credit/debit card or bank account for the cost of any repair or replacement to Alex Tactical Shooting Range property
caused by you, your family members or guests.
(8) LOADED FIREARMS: No loaded firearms are to be left unattended for any reason. No loaded handguns are allowed inside the classroom, restrooms or in any parking area,
unless they are secured in a carrying case or holster worn on the body. If movement from one range lane to another is required, all firearms must be unloaded and cased or
holstered until arrival at the next range lane. All long guns must be cased and unloaded prior to entering and exiting the shooting range and shooting booth.
(9) CAMERAS: Alex Tactical Shooting Range operates a state of the art monitoring security system which incorporates the use of high definition cameras and hidden
surveillance equipment. Your presence at Alex Tactical Shooting Range and execution of this Agreement indicates your consent to be videotaped and recorded while at Alex
Tactical Shooting Range. These photographs and images may be used for promotional purposes by Alex Tactical Shooting Range and Member releases his/her likeness to be
used by Alex Tactical Shooting Range without further consent or compensation.
(10) ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY WAIVER. You hereby represent, warrant and agree that:
(11) You acknowledge that the sport of firearms shooting can result in injury, life threatening or life altering changes or death if you participate in this sport. You are voluntarily
participating in the activities conducted at the Alex Tactical Shooting Range facility, and you sign your name below as acceptance of these risks. You are aware that in addition to
the usual dangers and risks inherent in the sport of firearms shooting, certain additional dangers and risks are present, including, but not limited to ricochets from bullets and
fragments, accidental discharge of firearms by myself or others and hearing and eyesight injuries from failing to use proper eyesight and hearing protection or other unknown
unforeseen risks. You can choose not to sign this Agreement and choose not to participate in the activities.
(12) You agree that you freely accept and fully assume all such dangers and risks and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom. You
understand there are risks associated with these activities, and you assume the risk of any injuries that You or your child ward may sustain during any of these activities.
(B) You will immediately comply with all range master instructions and will be responsible for any injury, damage (whether to persons or property) or death due to your
actions (whether intentional, unintentional, willful or negligent) or participation in the activities at Alex Tactical Shooting Range and its range.

I, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, AGENTS, ASSIGNS, HEIRS, SURVIVORS, EXECUTORS OR ADMINISTRATORS, HEREBY AND FOR EVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Alex
Tactical SHOOTING RANGE, ITS MEMBERS, GUESTS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS,
DEMANDS OR CAUSES OF ACTION THAT I MAY HERE- AFTER HAVE FOR INJURIES AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF MY USE OF THE RANGE OR MY PRESENCE AT
THE RANGE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES CAUSED BY (1) THE NEGLIGENCE OF Alex Tactical SHOOTING RANGE AND/OR ITS EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS,
VOLUNTEERS OR AGENTS; OR (2) RICOCHETS OR BULLETS OR FRAG-MENTS; OR (3) THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR (4) HIDDEN, LATENT OR
OBVIOUS DEFECTS OF THE RANGE FACILITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BULLET TRAPS AND ASSOCIATED COMPONENT PARTS OF THE RANGE. I
AGREE TO NOT TO SUE, I AGREE TO AND HEREBY DO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE
Alex Tactical SHOOTING RANGE, ITS ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, GUESTS AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ANY AND
ALL LAWSUITS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, LIABILITY OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF (1) THE DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY
DAMAGE TO MYSELF OR MY CHILD WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED WHILE USING PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT OWNED BY OR UNDER THE CONTROL OF Alex
Tactical SHOOTING RANGE, OR WHILE PARTICIPATING IN ANY ACTIVITY SPONSORED BY Alex Tactical SHOOTING RANGE, OR (2) ANY DEATH OR INJURY WHICH
RESULTS OR INCREASES BY ANY ACTION TAKEN TO MEDICALLY TREAT ME OR MY CHILD. ALL OF THE TERMS ABOVE SHALL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED
BY THE ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, OR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF Alex Tactical SHOOTING RANGE, OR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS,
EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, OR VOLUNTEERS.

I acknowledge that I am familiar with the basic rules of firearm safety and that those basic rules have been explained to me.
I agree to follow all of the basic rules of firearm safety during my visit to Alex Tactical Shooting Range and during the use of its range and facilities.
The safe use of firearms requires that I understand and agree to the following:
I WILL TREAT EVERY FIREARM AS IF IT WERE LOADED
I WILL ALWAYS KEEP THE FIREARM POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION AND NEVER AT OTHERS
I WILL NOT PLACE MY FINGER ON THE TRIGGER OR IN THE TRIGGER GUARD UNLESS AND UNTIL I AM READY TO FIRE
I WILL ALWAYS WEAR APPROPRIATE EYESIGHT AND HEARING PROTECTION
I WILL NEVER PASS THE FIREARM TO ANYONE WITHOUT OPENING AND KEEPING THE CYLINDER OR ACTION OPEN TO VERIFY THAT IT IS UNLOADED
I WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE RANGE MASTER.
I AGREE THAT THE RANGE MASTER MAY INSPECT MY FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION AT ANYTIME DURING MY VISIT TO ALEX TACTICAL
SHOOTING RANGE AND HAS THE RIGHT TO PROHIBIT ITS USE AT THE RANGE UNLESS BEING TRAINED BY Alex Tactical SHOOTING RANGE PERSONNEL OR PREQUALIFIED BY Alex Tactical SHOOTING RANGE, QUICK DRAW SHOOTING FROM A HOLSTER IS PROHIBITED,
THE FOLLOWING AMMUNITION IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE SHOT ON THE RANGE: BLACK POWDER, BIRD SHOT (00 BUCK SHOT AND SLUGS OK), .50BMG, .338 LAPUA,
TRACER, INCENDIARY OR GREEN-TIP (STEEL-CORE) AMMUNITION.
I HAVE READ THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY WAIVER AND RANGE RULES AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE
GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE AND A TRIAL BY JURY, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT

PROVISION SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND SHALL IN NO WAY BE AFFECTED, IMPAIRED OR INVALIDATED.
