Mr. Walker is the Lead Instructor and Founder of MDTTactics Training Group, LLC. With 13 years of Law Enforcement experience as a Commission Police Officer working for CSOSA, Housing in the District of Columbia and DOJ Protective Service Officer with 4 years of senior level of security management. Mr. Walker is a local Washingtonian that graduated from Eastern Sr. High School and attended Ashworth University, Norcross GA. to achieve his degree in Criminal Justice and Police Science. Policies

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule Policy

Students would be able to rescheuled their training with proper notification. If student needs to reschedule, student must make notification within 72 hours of the course date and would be placed in the next scheduled classes, based on seat avalability. No exception will be made. If student does not take the assigned course, they would have forfieted all payments made towards the training and must make another full payment if they want to continue. 

Refund Policy

All class fees are NON-REFUNDABLE  No exceptions will be made.

Other Policy

Students must arrive on time and be present for the entire duration of class. All classes will begin promptly at the scheduled start time and not a minute later. Therefore, students should plan sufficient time for traffic congestion, parking, and to take care of any bathroom, nutrition or hydration needs prior to the start of class. Students who arrive late to class (late arrivals) will NOT be admitted into the classroom. Students who leave class prior to completion (early departures) will be immediately disqualified. Please keep in mind that NO refunds,transfers or reschedule will be issued for late arrival or early departure students, regardless of the circumstances. No exceptions will be made. Student with a no call/no show will be automatically dropped from class roster. Any payment that was made due to any of these infractions, will be forfieted. If student wish to continue with their training, must make another full payment towards the class. No exceptions.

Online Blended eLearning courses: All online training modules must be completed within 24 hours prior to the start of the in-person training. 

Range Time: All range seesion would be scheduled based on range and instructor availability. Student are required to attend all range sessions when it is scheduled NO EXCEPTION. If students not able to attend the scheduled range day, student must complete their range session within 30 days or pay $45 fee to shoot outsided the scheduled range session. No exception would be made. MDTTactics scheduled range on Monday, Friday or Saturday (TBA). 

NOTE: IN ORDER TO SEE THE SHOOTING RANGE, EACH STUDENT MUST SO COMPETENCY AND PASS THE RANGE SAFETY TEST BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOW TO SHOOT ON THE RANGE. NO EXCEPTION.

Waiver

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have consulted with a healthcare professional regarding my ability to participate. I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained during the class and release [Facility Name], its employees, and instructors from any liability arising from my participation and that I fully understand MDTTactics policies about cancellation, reschedule, refund and other policies given.
