About the Instructor
Mr. Walker is a highly qualified professional with an extensive background in law enforcement, security management, personal defense and firearms instruction. His experience as a Commissioned Police Officer, combined with senior-level roles in the security industry, provides each student with valuable real-world insight and practical knowledge.
His academic foundation in Criminal Justice and Police Science further strengthens his instructional capabilities, allowing him to connect legal concepts, tactical principles, and hands-on training in a clear and effective manner.
Mr. Walker’s expertise extends into the federal security sector. He is currently a Certified Instructor for FPS (Federal Protective Service) government contracts, delivering training to Protective Security Officers (PSOs) and Special Police Officers (SPOs) who serve federal government contractors. His role includes preparing security personnel to meet federal standards, maintain operational readiness, and perform effectively in high-responsibility environments.
Dedicated to professionalism and continuous improvement, Mr. Walker maintains multiple nationally recognized instructor certifications and remains actively involved in training programs that support public safety and government security operations.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
MDTTactics cancellations: If a class is canceled by the instructor, students will be offered the choice to reschedule for a future class date. If unable to attend future class date, student must attend the course within 60 days of the original course date.
MDTTactics has the right to cancel any class training for any reason. Especially for low enrollment. Student would be notified via email of class being canceled.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling: Students must notify us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule their training for a future date.
Refund Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL: Once registration and payment are completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

To ensure safety, fairness, and quality of training, all students are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
