Cancellation Policy
You are paying a deposit for a seat in a course, so we do not offer refunds. Make sure you are able to follow through on the commitment to make the course date that you signup for. Rescheduling may be available on a case by case basis but it is not guaranteed. You may need to pay for the course again if you fail to inform us with enough notice that you will not be attending. Rescheduling will be offered for course cancellation due to weather or low enrollment. Seating is limited so make sure you plan carefully before you signup for a course date/location.
Reschedule Policy
Reschedules must happen 24 hours of course start date and time.

Other Policy
Tip of the Spear Training Group reserves the right to refuse training to anyone that they deem unsafe or unfit for training. In the event that this happens, Tip of the Spear Training Group Management will make a determination on rescheduling or non-admittance.
If you fail to meet minimum requirements for a course, we have the right to consolidate a course, cancel, or reschedule.
Waiver
You will be required to sign a Liability Release form for Tip of the Spear Training Group and all locations where training takes place.
